In her revealing conversation, Nora disclosed, “I came to India with only ₹5,000 in my pocket. I lived with nine girls in a three-BHK apartment, where everyone was sharing.” She described the experience as deeply distressing, expressing, “I was not prepared for that at all. I am still traumatised.”
Exploitative Agencies: Financial Strain and Survival
Nora elaborated on the financial strain she endured, stating, “What used to happen was that the agency would make money out of you.” She lamented the exploitation by agencies, highlighting how they deducted expenses and commissions, leaving little for sustenance. Nora emphasized, “Some of these agencies exploit people so badly.”

Despite the hardships, Nora Fatehi persevered in her journey. She made her acting debut with the film Roar: Tigers of the Sundarbans and ventured into Telugu cinema and captivating audiences with her scintillating item numbers.
