North West, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s daughter, was spotted criticising her mom’s Met Gala outfit. Kim Kardashian was ready in a Schiaparelli pearl dress when the 10-year-old annihilated her by calling it a ‘Dollar store’ look.

In the latest episode of The Kardashians, Kim Kardashian made a row of confessions about her 10-year-old daughter, North West.

‘All North wants to do is rate people’s outfits. She loves to critique,’ Kardashian said in the episode that aired on November 23. ‘She is like the new Joan Rivers.’

The latest example of North West’s exclusive fashion postmortem was, unfortunately, her own mom.

Kim Kardashian was in NYC with North, her niece Penelope and Scott Disick to meet the designer, Daniel Roseberry, ahead of the Met Gala 2023. Daniel is the creative director of Kim’s Schiaparelli pearl dress.

When Kim tried the dress, it was like the river of roast began flooding out of North’s mouth.

‘There is way too much gap in the pearls. It looks like she’s a Hawaiian girl with her dress all ripped.’ North said.

Not only Kim’s jaw but apparently, Daniel’s jaw too dropped on the floor. Daniel turned to North and joked. ‘I heard you were into the look.’ To which North responded with a cold remark. ‘Yeah. Well, it could be just a little bit better.’

‘It’s like the diamonds ruin it,’ North continued with her candid views on the ensemble.

That was when Daniel said, ‘This is like my worst nightmare come to life.’

North then responded with, ‘I like the pearls. I just don’t like that it looks like from the dollar store.’

Kim jumped to rescue the agonizing Daniel. ‘OK, Daniel. I’m just warning you. North can be critical.’

When North claimed the pearls ‘look fake’ and ‘beachy’ during the dress fitting, Kim interfered.

‘No, no. I think you’re wrong here. These are very expensive, real pearls. I think you need a lesson on pearls. We’re not going for flapper girl – we are going for vintage, authentic pearly girl.’

Seeing her daughter taking a taste to criticism and Daniel’s flushed look, the SKIMS owner took the opportunity for a well-deserved parenting lesson.

‘There is a way to be honest and not hurt people’s feelings. So I want you to learn that. There’s a way to say, you know, I might not love that.’

North apparently understood her mom’s stance on her critical behavior. ‘You know, I might not love your necklace or your outfit, but I’m just trying to support you.’

‘North won’t lie and that’s amazing,’ Kim said in a confessional. ‘So, I’m trying to teach her, you don’t need to jump in and annihilate people for no reason. There is way to soften it up and not hurt people’s feelings.’

North West’s history of being a fashion police

North and Penelope took to rating people’s red carpet outfits on a hotel room television when Kim, Kendall and Kylie Jenner were out for the event.

North and Penelope also brought one of Pete Davidson’s pictures to their attention. While Penelope commented ‘Hate it’, North remarked ‘You’re going to the Met Gala, Pete. Not the gas station.’

Kim said in the confessional. ‘You can’t take it seriously getting roasted by a 10-year-old, so I never do. But it stings a little bit.’
