Paris Hilton Feels Proud For Being ‘All Natural’, Shares Her Thoughts On Plastic Surgery, Botox

Paris Hilton, the socialite and entrepreneur who has been a fixture in the public eye for decades, is once again making headlines for her stance on beauty. Despite the growing trend of cosmetic enhancements among celebrities, Hilton has consistently maintained that she has never gone under the knife or used injectables. In a recent November 2024 interview on the Zach Sang Show podcast, the 43-year-old star of The Simple Life emphasized her commitment to natural beauty. “I feel really proud that I’m all natural. I’ve stayed out of the sun. I’ve never done any Botox, injectables, no surgery, nothing,” she stated.

This sentiment is not new for Hilton, who has long been vocal about her self-acceptance. In a 2016 interview with Galore magazine, she explained that she is happy with herself as she is and has never judged others for choosing cosmetic procedures. “People should do whatever makes them feel happy,” she shared, adding that she personally avoids surgery and any form of judgment.

Instead of relying on Botox or other popular treatments, Hilton credits her youthful glow to a meticulous skincare routine that she started as a child. She recalled that her mother, Kathy Hilton, first advised her to protect her skin from the sun at age eight. “My mom told me, ‘Paris, stay out of the sun,’ and then she taught me this amazing 10-step skincare routine. So I’ve literally been doing that since I’m 8,” she revealed.

Hilton’s passion for skincare has not only kept her looking radiant but has also inspired her entrepreneurial ventures. In 2025, she plans to launch her own cosmetic company, 11:11 Beauty. Additionally, the Cooking with Paris star has built a luxury spa in her home, dubbed the “Sliving Spa,” which features cutting-edge technology like LED light therapy, hydrafacial machines, and a hyperbaric chamber.

While she’s avoided common beauty trends like Botox and fillers, Hilton has made occasional exceptions for a bronzed look. She confessed to Allure in May that while she avoids sun exposure, she has been using spray tan since her teenage years, even admitting that she once overdid it, sometimes resulting in an orange hue.

Despite her active presence in the beauty world, Hilton has explored a wide array of media ventures, from her reality shows Paris Hilton’s My New BFF (2008–2009) and The World According to Paris (2011) to her ongoing series Paris in Love (2021–present). She has also starred in documentaries like Paris, Not France (2008), The American Meme (2018), and This Is Paris (2020), solidifying her status as a multifaceted media icon.
