The post shared by the actress read, ‘I have decided to post this on my social media after a lot of thought.’ Payal further explained that medical treatments are quite expensive in the country and she is unable to do that. She further added that despite paying medical insurance premiums, the family is running out of money, making it difficult for them to cover the medical treatment of her father.

My father, who is a senior citizen, thought he would get reimbursement from the medical insurance company whose premium he paid but he did not get it due to the rules that are revealed to us. The medical insurance premium for senior citizens is very high every year but it is sad when the actual medical expenses are not reimbursed. He requested me to put it on my social media and I am doing so because I want to tell all this.’
