Sam Bombay, the ex-husband of model-actor Poonam Pandey, revealed to the Hindustan Times in an exclusive interview how the actress staged her demise.
Less than a day has passed since Poonam Pandey declared she was very much alive. She debunked her team’s assertion that she had passed away from cervical cancer.
Sam Bombay, the model-actor’s ex-husband, is “happy” that she is still alive. This is true even if a lot of people disapprove of the publicity gimmick she used to raise awareness of cancer. Sam confirmed in an exclusive interview with the Hindustan Times that he and Poonam were still lawfully married.
Sam reacts to Poonam Pandey’s recent death stunt
Bombay said, “No,” when asked if he was shocked that Poonam had staged her own demise. I’m happy she did. She is still here. That’s plenty for me. Thank God Almighty
Poonam’s team posted on Friday on her official Instagram account, “Deeply saddened to inform you that we have lost our beloved Poonam to cervical cancer.”
The Bollywood industry, media, and many people on social media fell for it as her manager gave double confirmation to various publications that Poonam had died on Thursday night due to cervical cancer. But did Sam doubt it? He replied, “Yes.”
There was no sense of loss
Sam continued, “When I heard the news, I felt nothing in my heart. There was no sense of loss. And I thought this couldn’t be. Why do I feel nothing? Because when you’re connected, you feel everything. I think about her (Poonam Pandey) every day. And I pray for her every day. If something was wrong, I’d know.”
Sam and Poonam present marital status
“No, we are not divorced yet,” Sam Bombay corrected us as we continued to refer to him as Poonam’s ex-husband. Sam doesn’t doubt Poonam’s intentions, even with the way they now interact. “I am glad she is still alive,” he remarked. She can provide a great deal.
“Listen to me; let’s respect that if someone raises awareness about an issue with total disregard for their fame or image,” he said. Poonam Pandey has never aged. She is the most audacious Indian lady. In a few years, everyone will celebrate her.
