Priyanka Chopra Finally Opens Up On Why She Spoke About ‘Being Cornered In Bollywood’

It was during a podcast when Priyanka Chopra revealed why she moved to Hollywood. The actress said that she was being pushed to a corner in Bollywood and she was tired of the ‘dirty politics’. Now, at an event she opened up on why she spoke such things about the industry.

Priyanka Chopra On Her Statement On Being Cornered In Bollywood

On April 3, it was at the Asia-Pacific press conference during the promotion of her upcoming series Citadel, Priyanka revealed her reason why she shared about her struggle in Bollywood on the podcast of Dax Shepherd.

She said that on the podcast, she was asked about the journey of her life and she spoke about her journey in Bollywood when she was young “from when she was 15 to when she was 22 to 30-40”. The Fashion actress said that she was talking about the truth of her journey, and she was confident enough to talk about that phase of her life.

She feels that where is now she is confident enough to articulate what she felt. She added that she had a very tumultuous relationship with what occurred but she forgives and she has moved on and made peace with it. It was easy for her to speak about it in a safe space.

It was recently Priyanka Chopra arrived with her husband Nick Jonas and their daughter, Malti Marie Chopra Jonas. Priyanka and Nick attended NMACC launch event.
