Priyanka Chopra Opens Up On How Her Nose Surgery Went Wrong, ‘I Felt Devastated & Called Plastic Chopra’

In her recently launched memoir, Unfinished, Priyanka Chopra revealed that her polyp surgical operation went wrong as her health practitioner by chance shaved the bridge of her nose. She wrote that after the surgical treatment she wasn’t herself anymore.

Priyanka Chopra’s memoir Unfinished is subsequently out and the actress has mentioned important lifestyle occasions in it. One such event was when she was given the tag ‘Plastic Chopra’ due to a botched surgical treatment. In her e-book, she spoke about why her nose suddenly began looking drastically different within the early 2000s, proper after she won the Miss World. The actress said that the incident left her ‘horrified’.

After the fallout of the surgery, Priyanka Chopra changed into known as “Plastic Chopra’ as people thought she went below the knife to enhance her facial functions. The actress mentioned the incident in her recently launched memoir. She wrote, consistent with people, that she had trouble breathing, and it become determined that she had a ‘polyp’ in her nasal cavity. Believing it to be a routine method, Priyanka determined to have the polyp surgically eliminated.

She wrote, “while shaving off the polyp, the doctor also accidentally shaved the bridge of my nostril and the bridge collapsed. Whilst it was time to remove the bandages and the condition of my nose was revealed, mom and I was horrified. My original nose was gone. My face was completely different. I wasn’t me anymore.” Priyanka added, “I felt devastated and hopeless. Each time I see in the mirror, a stranger regarded back at me, and I didn’t suppose my feeling of self or my might ever recover from the blow.”

The Dostana actress admitted that she was left devastated and heartbroken after the surgical operation and discovered that every time she checked out herself in the mirror, it appeared like she was looking at someone else. But, later, Priyanka opted for many corrective surgical procedures to repair the harm that was achieved in the course of the polypectomy. She went on to show that the media and public had started out calling her ‘Plastic Chopra’.

Whilst she felt “dared to give a cause of the unique nostril” through the years, Chopra Jonas decided to “draw a line” and preserve it personally. “I am an entertainer. That is what I have signed directly to do, and that’s what I like doing. I’m able to say my lines, dance my dance, and hit my mark. I’ll do my best to make you laugh, and I’ll do my best to make you cry, however simply because I’m a public individual would not imply everything about my life must be public knowledge. I get to choose what I share,” she wrote.
