Actually, Kuldeep Khurana, father of Himanshi Khurana, has been arrested by Punjab police in a case. Let us tell you that the father of the actress has been arrested in a five-year-old case in which he is allegedly accused of misbehaving with a Naib Tehsildar posted on election duty.

Let us tell you that Himanshi’s father has been sent to 14 days of judicial custody after his arrest by the police. The Phillaur court has sent him to police custody after the court took action against Kuldeep Khurana after allegations of allegedly assaulting and abusing the Naib Tehsildar during election duty in Goraya. According to some of the media reports, an FIR was registered against Kuldeep Khurana on the basis of a complaint by Naib Tehsildar Jagpal Singh.

In the complaint registered by Jagpal Singh, he accused Kuldeep Khurana of obstructing the work, verbally abusing and assaulting him while on duty during the MP elections in Goraya. An employee present with the officer allegedly made a video of the incident, which served as crucial evidence in the case. After months of evading arrest despite several police raids in Ludhiana, Khurana was arrested from his home following a tip-off. Kuldeep Khurana was taken to Phillaur court where, following a judicial custody order, Khurana was sent to Kapurthala jail. Let us tell you that SHO Palwinder Singh of Goraya police station confirmed the arrest of the actress’s father and said that he has been charged with obstructing a government official while on duty.
