According to rumours, the director first asked Vijay Sethupathi about playing the role of Forest Officer in Allu Arjun’s Pushpa: The Rise. But, for some purpose, nothing happened. So now, Sukumar has cast Vijay to play Pushpa 2’s second adversary.

 

Vijay has decided to play another antagonist, according to a report in the ETimes. According to a source cited by the portal, Vijay has consented to participate in the movie in a new role as a cruel, frightening adversary. The public has always been wowed by celebrity actor’s acting prowess. The anticipation for the Pushpa 2 film, which also stars Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, and Fahadh Faasil, has just grown with his addition.

You may be wondering what happened to the character played by Fahadh Faasil in Pushpa. Well, don’t worry. He still serves as the film’s antagonist.
