Radhika Apte is known for her powerful acting skills. The actress has worked not only in Hindi but also in the South Indian film industry. Recently, an old video of the actress criticising the Telugu film industry is rapidly going viral on social media.

In the video, the actress can be seen discussing with journalist Rajeev Masand, where she allegedly portrayed the Telugu film industry as male-dominated. Following this, the actress has now come under the radar of trolls.

Apte’s statement has become troublesome for her. She said that the industry where she has struggled the most is the Telugu industry.  Because it is, in a way, “male-dominated.” “Male chauvinism is rampant there. The way women are treated there is unbearable,” she said.

Actress revealed, “On set, you are treated more like a third person than an actor. They don’t even ask actors anything. It is said on set that the actor is not in the mood right now and wants to have tea. They have struggled continuously.”

The actress’ video is currently going viral on social media platforms, where many internet users have trolled her. She has only worked with Balakrishna, and now she’s defining the entire Telugu film industry.”

Apte had worked in two Bollywood films with Telugu star Nandamuri Balakrishna in 2014-15. These films were “Legend” and “Lion,” Etc which were Good And hit movies.

Besides these, the actress has never worked in the Telugu film industry. Before this, Radhika Apte appeared in bilingual films like “Rakht Charitra,” “Rakht Charitra 2,”” These films were released in both Hindi and Telugu Language.
