Katrina Kaif has established herself successfully in Bollywood and is considered among the country’s most attractive and highest-paid actresses. She has given many big hits such as Tiger Zinda Hai, Singh is King, Race, Ek Tha Tiger, etc. Apart from her professional life, this beauty has managed to grab headlines with her much-hyped relationship with Ranbir Kapoor. But sadly her relationship with Ranbir Kapoor abruptly ended on a bitter note.
Breakups are tough and we do know and understand that. We all know about Katrina and Ranbir’s relationship and that now Ranbir has found Alia, who was Katrina’s best friend. Yes, all of this is really complicated. However, moving on post-breakup with Ranbir Kapoor has been tough for her. And finally, after three years Katrina is in such a happy space that nothing else matters.
Although Ranbir is now dating Katrina’s best friend Alia it didn’t change the bond between the two. Today on July 16, 2019, Katrina Kaif is celebrating her 36th birthday and Alia made sure to wish her best friend on her special day. Sharing a picture with Katrina on her Instagram story she wrote atop of it, “Happiest Birthday dearest Katy!!! May you laugh and dance all day… shine and smile all year and give us body goals your whole life” followed by kiss and star emojis. Take a look:
On March 15, 2019, when Alia Bhatt had turned 25, her best friend and boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor’s ex-girlfriend had taken to Instagram and wished her buddy. Sharing a beautiful picture of Alia in a red gown she had captioned the picture as, “Happy birthday Alu. May your rise to greater and greater heights”.
In a throwback interview with Rajeev, Masand Katrina has once opened upon her struggles post-breakup with Ranbir Kapoor. She was quoted as saying, “Right now I’d say my life is 80% work and 20% personal. But it’s not in our control. Right now, there’s a lot of work happening. I take it as a good thing. It wasn’t in my control when my personal life got over.”
She had further added, “It’s hard to know exactly why things happened. But I have a different take on it. “Ok fine—it [the break-up] sucks, it’s terrible, this is the worst thing in the world, my life is over. Let’s sit here and believe this, even for just two minutes. Do we feel good about things? No.” But if you really believe in your god, your universe, you’ll feel much better. The reason I feel that I should say this is because there are young girls who might be listening to me. They might find something that helps them. I may see a person and think, “Oh, she’s got everything”, or “Oh, she doesn’t struggle like I do, but you know what? You don’t know that. Everyone struggles. The most important thing is to learn. We are all trying to work and achieve, in spite of our fears and insecurities. You don’t wake up one day and discover that it’s all gone. You have to push through it.”
Katrina had once appeared on Arbaaz Khan’s chat show “Pinch By Arbaaz Khan” when she was asked about her marriage plans. She said, “No clue. I am taking one day at a time. Life is unpredictable. We don’t know what happens. When it happens, it happens. As a person, I do believe in the institution of marriage and having kids. That I do.”
Here’s wishing Katrina Kaif a very happy birthday! We hope you find your prince charming really soon.
