Ranveer Singh Celebrates Rohit Sharma’s Sixer At IPL Match; Check Out!

At the Indian Premier League (IPL) match in Mumbai, actor Ranveer Singh leapt for delight and pounded the air as he cheered Mumbai Indians skipper Rohit Sharma’s six. After Rohit hits a six, Ranveer is seen mouthing ‘yeah’ and ‘c’mon’ while grinning in a video published on Twitter. Ranveer was also seen yelling and raising his hands above his head in the video. The actor donned a purple floral patterned shirt with matching slacks and a white bucket cap. Pearl neckpieces and black sunglasses completed his ensemble.

Ranveer has already shared many photos of himself wearing the outfit on Instagram. Reacting to the post, Arjun Kapoor wrote, “Purple patch.” Anaita Shroff Adajania commented, “Valentino blooms on you.”

Meanwhile, Ranveer will be seen next in Jayeshbhai Jordaar, his forthcoming flick. Jayeshbhai Jordaar, directed by Divyang Thakkar, stars Ranveer Singh as the son of a typical Gujarati sarpanch. Shalini Pandey will make her Bollywood debut in the film, which will be released on May 13th.

Ranveer recently spoke about his character in the film to news agency ANI, “There are several parallels between my life and Jayesh’s life. Sometimes, you are faced with daunting circumstances when you think how am I going to possibly overcome this to achieve what I want to achieve and there is some amount of courage and fortitude that propels your forward, that you tap into overcoming all of those obstacles and adversities that gets you to where you want to get to and you go about it like your life depends on it.”

Ranveer will also appear in S Shankar’s version of his smash Tamil film Anniyan, Rohit Shetty’s Cirkus, and Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, in addition to Jayeshbhai Jordaar.
