Rasha Thadani, daughter of Bollywood actress Raveena Tandon, is all set to debut in the Indian film industry. In a recent interview, she admitted that she secured her first film with director Abhishek Kapoor despite a ‘disastrous’ audition.

The Big Break

Abhishek Kapoor is directing Rasha Thadani in her acting debut in an action-adventure film. She will share the screen with Aaman Devgan, Ajay Devgn’s nephew. The film is confirmed to be an exciting venture with several sequences set in the jungle

The Audition Experience

Despite her connections in the industry, Rasha had to go through the usual audition process for her role. She confessed that her audition was not up to the mark and described it as a ‘complete disaster.’ However, director Abhishek Kapoor saw potential in her and decided to cast her in the film.

Balancing Act: Shooting And Education

Rasha, a Dhirubhai Ambani International School student, had to juggle her studies and film preparations. She would attend school at 8 am and then head to her workshops to prepare for her debut. Amidst all this, she also had to study for her board exams.

Rasha Thadani: The Journey Ahead

Despite the initial hiccups, Rasha is excited about her debut and looks forward to her journey in the film industry. She is barely 19 and has also auditioned for a prominent South Indian movie. Rasha Thadani’s parents are Anil Thadani and Raveena Tandon. One of the largest distributors in the industry is her father.

Raveena Tandon’s Reaction To Her Debut

Raveena Tandon, a seasoned actress and Rasha Thadani’s mother, has supported her daughter’s debut in the film industry. She shared advice with Rasha after her first encounter with the paparazzi, telling her to be herself and not change for anyone. Raveena also kept her children away from the spotlight when they were young.

She explained that she didn’t want to make them feel too special at such a young age because she believed that exposing them to a lot of attention early on could lead to insecurity later in life if that attention were to change or be taken away suddenly. As Rasha steps into cinema, Raveena’s guidance and support undoubtedly play a crucial role in her journey.
