Many Bollywood celebs are turning heads at the prestigious Cannes International Film Festival 2023. Among these popular names, one is that of Pataudi princess Sara Ali Khan. The actress has made her debut at the festival. She opted for a traditional attire ‘lehenga’ to walk down the red carpet of Cannes. Sara chose an ivory lehenga, a matching blouse and a long dupatta with trail for the event. She completed her look with earrings and bracelet. Taking to Instagram, Sara dropped pictures and captioned the post as, “You Cannes do it.” She geo-tagged the location to Cannes, French Riviera, France. In the photos, the actress is seen dazzling in an Indian handmade design by Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla.
While some hailed Sara for her choice of outfit, others trolled her for the same and came up with funny reactions. One user wrote, “She always tries to represent her country and culture.” Another stated,” “Royalty screaming”. On the red carpet, Sara talked to Brut India and began by saying, “Hello and Namaste (with folded hands). She told that she is bit nervous as she can’t believe she is here. Sara said that she always aspired to be at Cannes someday. She also talked about her dress and said that she has always been proud of her Indianness.
