Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville is desperately seeking answers as a baffling health condition continues to wreak havoc on her face. The reality TV personality took to X (formerly Twitter) on March 8 to share a distressing update about her worsening symptoms, which include painful lumps and an unsettling “oily, foul-tasting drainage.”

Glanville, 51, described her ordeal in detail, revealing that she has multiple swollen lumps—one in her jawbone, another on the side of her neck, and a third at the back of her neck. Accompanying these are persistent chills, swollen lymph nodes, and excruciating discomfort. Despite these alarming symptoms, doctors at Kaiser Permanente have reportedly dismissed her concerns, telling her she is “fine,” a response that has left her increasingly frustrated.

The reality star has been vocal about her health battle for months, previously speculating that an unidentified “parasite” might be behind her facial disfigurement. In a desperate bid to find relief, she has spent over $70,000 on treatments and consulted multiple specialists, yet no one has been able to pinpoint the cause.

On March 6, Glanville admitted that both her physical and emotional health were at an all-time low. “I’ve been faking it, I’m f—ing miserable,” she confessed, revealing that her condition had worsened. Adding to her distress, she shared that her best friend has been in the ICU for two weeks. “My face is worse than ever. It’s literally melted away,” she wrote.

Her only moment of improvement came when she was treated with IV antibiotics and antifungal medication at Cedars-Sinai. However, due to financial constraints, she was unable to continue the treatment. “I was forced to see doctors outside my insurance because the doctors at Kaiser had no clue,” she explained.

Determined to get answers, Glanville recently turned to Botched star Dr. Terry Dubrow. Biopsies on her neck and face have ruled out cancer, but a full diagnosis remains elusive. Dubrow has praised her resilience and assured her that he is committed to uncovering the root cause of her symptoms.

Despite trying every avenue, Glanville remains trapped in uncertainty. She insists that she can feel an unknown entity moving in her face, describing it as “tiny bubbles bursting” beneath her skin. “I feel like it’s s—ing or having babies in my face,” she said, adding that she has little hope left.

As she awaits test results that could take weeks, Glanville continues her fight for answers—while the mystery of her deteriorating health remains unsolved.
