Veteran actress Rekha made a striking appearance at the special screening of Aamir Khan’s son Junaid Khan’s latest film, Loveyapa, on Tuesday night. The star-studded event saw the presence of several Bollywood celebrities, including legendary actors Dharmendra and Shabana Azmi. However, it was Rekha’s look that caught everyone’s attention.
In a widely circulated video on social media, Rekha was seen wearing sindoor while draped in an elegant white and gold silk saree. The video quickly went viral, sparking curiosity and discussions among fans.
A Night of Iconic Moments
Apart from Rekha’s stunning appearance, the screening also witnessed a heartfelt moment between Aamir Khan and veteran actor Dharmendra. The two stars were seen greeting each other warmly and posing for the paparazzi.

For those unaware, Rekha was previously married to Delhi-based businessman Mukesh Agarwal. However, their marriage ended tragically within seven months when he died by suicide.
Junaid and Khushi’s Fun Banter
Loveyapa, a romantic drama, marks the Bollywood debut of Junaid Khan and also features Khushi Kapoor, sister of Janhvi Kapoor. As part of their promotional campaign, the two actors shared their on-set experiences.
Junaid jokingly complained about Khushi’s punctuality. “I am a professional actor, and I always arrive on time. But Khushi arrived half an hour early. If the call time is 6:00 AM, she is on set by 5:30 AM. It’s very annoying,” he said in an interview.
In response, Khushi revealed her habit of arriving early. “Even if I am five seconds late, I get tense. My hairstylist and makeup team always ask me not to come before them. But it’s something I have been doing since childhood. Sometimes, the generators start after I reach the set,” she said.
Release Date and Director
Directed by Advait Chandan, Loveyapa is set to hit theatres on February 7. The film has been generating buzz ahead of its release, with fans eagerly awaiting the fresh on-screen pairing of Junaid and Khushi.
