Bollywood star Preity Zinta took to Instagram to show off her kitchen garden in Los Angeles. She shared a video showing her fresh apples growing in her kitchen garden. She called it ‘ghar ki kheti.’

She explained the importance of juicy pink apples as they remind her of ‘home’ in Himachal. She shared with her fans that she started gardening during the coronavirus pandemic. It invited many messages from fans in the comments section.

In the clip, she wore an orange sweater with blue pants. She stood next to her fresh apple tree with her hair down. She welcomed fans to another edition of her kitchen garden. She said that she is excited to show her fans her garden. She was happy that her garden has finally some fruit after three years.

She held some apples. She said that two apples are more than enough as she has worked really hard to grow them. She then went on to describe her pink apples.

She said that one can girl out of the Himachal but no one can take Himachal out of a girl. She praised her Pink Lady Apple tree. She said that eating organic is very healthy. She described her kitchen garden as she felt proud of it.

After that, she said that she discovered gardening during the pandemic. It was what gave her a sense of security, happiness & hope. All the plants and trees featured in her videos were planted during that time. The Pink Lady Apple tree is very special to her as it always reminds her of her home in Himachal.
