Rhea Chakraborty Will Remain In Judicial Custody Till October 6 After Rejected Bail Plea

Meri Dad Ki Maruti actress Rhea Chakraborty was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau on September 8. The entertainer was captured by the NCB and remanded to legal custody till September 22, in association with the drugs angle in SSR’s demise case. It was as of late revealed by DNA that Rhea Chakraborty petitioned for bail, following 14 days in legal authority. In the most recent update in Sushant Singh Rajput case, Republic announced that Rhea Chakraborty’s bail plea is dismissed by the court of law.

Supposedly, the bail request of the Jalebi entertainer has been rejected by the court. Following 14 days in legal care, Rhea filed for bail on Tuesday is now remanded to judicial custody till October 16. According to the reports, the bail supplication of the entertainer was dismissed by the special NDPS court.

ANI had announced that Rhea Chakraborty and sibling Showik Chakraborty, who is also arrested by the NCB in association with the drugs point in the Sushant Singh Rajput case, had documented bail applications under the Bombay High Court. Satish Maneshinde, the legal advisor of the Chakraborty brother had referenced that the details of the applications will be shared after the hearing.

Rhea was arrested by the NCB after she was addressed by the Special Investigating Team (SIT) for three days straight. In the association with the drug angle in entertainer Sushant Singh Rajput’s demise case, aside from Rhea and her sibling Showik, SSR’s home supervisor Samuel Miranda, SSR’s servant Dipesh Sawant, and drug vendors have been captured.
