Richa Chadha Discusses How She Regrets Doing Projects And Working In A ‘Toxic Environment.’

When asked about her film selections in a recent interview with News18, Richa Chadha said that she has been selective from the start, and there are a handful of films, perhaps five or six, that she now regrets completing. She didn’t mention the names, but she did express her concern about them.

“I’ve been selective about the films,” Chadha stated. I’ve always been picky, but that doesn’t mean I haven’t made mistakes. When I look back at my filmography, there are some films that make me cringe and feel regret. I frequently question why I agreed to do them. However, when you receive a script, you never know whether it will be poorly done or not.”

“When you’re fully committed, you believe you’re working on something great,” the Fukrey 3 star added. You believe that is the best option. So there have been decisions that I have come to regret. But now that I’m involved in producing, I hope to reduce such regrets.

“I’ve learnt that if you’re in a toxic workplace or working on a terrible project that’s not going well, you need to distance yourself from it. That’s my mindset at the moment.”

She admitted that she now regretted doing a few flims. Richa also revealed that she was made to feel insecure while working on sets. As for my filmography, I have about five or six films similar to that. No need to name them all. If I do, the directors will be furious and will send me messages. “The reality is that those films were terrible,” she said.

When we questioned if actresses grow insecure about each other when working on a project, she answered it ‘totally depends on the person.’ The actress stated that she had a fantastic time working in Heeramandi with them.
