Famous Bollywood celebrity, Vicky Kaushal in a recent episode of ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ revealed an exciting fact about his ‘Jhuta Chupai’ ceremony. Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif’s ceremony was indeed a surprising moment for their enthusiasts. Their wedding happened at a lavish hotel of Rajasthan amidst their few close peers and family members.

Their wedding followed all the rituals of a Hindu/Punjabi family which included the ceremony of Jutha Chupai as well. In a latest episode of ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ which featured ‘Govinda Naam Mera’ cast crew, Vicky Kaushal divulged an interesting fact about the ceremonial ritual of Jhuta Chupai. As per the actor’s revelation, it was her wife, Katrina Kaif who refused his husband to pay a hefty amount to her seven sisters in the ceremony.

Moreover, Vicky claimed that his two brothers from Ludhiana had assured him that they would take due care of his wedding shoes. On contrary, Katrina’s sisters made sure that Vicky wore no shoes while he entered into the mandap. Katrina had an aspiration to get clicked during the sunset time. After their pheras got completed and their pictures were clicked, Katrina lost her temper and requested all the guests present there to return Vicky’s shoes. As soon as the actress requested, her sisters handed over his shoes without taking the shagun amount. Vicky divulged this hilarious revelation on ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’.

For the unversed, Vicky and Katrina had celebrated their first wedding anniversary in this month. Work wise, Vicky Kaushal starred recently in’ Govinda Naam Mera’ along with Kiara Advani and Bhumi Pednekar.
