Throughout the interview, the actress opened up about how she always had to hang around on set when he shot with her sister, Karisma aka Lolo in Hum Saath Saath Hain. ‘We worked first time together in Omkaara, and we hardly interacted. He used to be always like, ‘Good Morning, Ma’am’, so shy and chivalrous. But Saifu is like that.’
Upon questioning her whether she felt a sort of irrational affection towards him, she is seen to be saying how ‘she was the one to push the right buttons.’. ‘He is too English and restrained. When I made the first move, he was like ‘I can’t believe it is that Kareena Kapoor doing this.’ They fell in love while shooting for Tashan, and eventually married the year, and the rest is history.
