Bollywood star Salman Khan, along with his family, marked Ganesh Chaturthi 2025 with devotion at her sister Arpita Khan Sharma’s Mumbai home. Salman Khan, joined by his parents Salim and Salma Khan, performed the aarti, and the video has since gone viral.

Actor Salman Khan marked Ganesh Chaturthi 2025 with his family in a joyous celebration. Sharing a short video on X (formerly Twitter), he offered fans a glimpse into the festive moments at the Khan household. The celebrations took place at his sister Arpita Khan’s residence, where Salman and his family performed the Ganesh puja together.

The video opened with a glimpse of a beautifully decorated Ganpati idol adorned with flowers. The aarti was first performed by Salman’s mother, Salma Khan, followed by his father, veteran lyricist Salim Khan. With a Ganpati song playing in the background, Salman then stepped forward to perform the aarti. The actor looked simple yet elegant in a black shirt paired with beige pants.

Salman’s siblings, along with other family members, also took part in the puja. Arbaaz Khan, Sohail Khan, Alvira Khan, Atul Agnihotri, Alizeh Agnihotri, Ayaan Agnihotri, Arpita Khan, Aayush Sharma, Ahil Sharma, and Ayat Sharma were all seen performing the aarti. Actor couple Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza joined the celebrations with their children. The video concluded with a close-up of the beautifully adorned Ganpati idol, while Salman chose to share it without a caption.

Salman’s films And Bigg Boss 19 Show

Salman was last seen in AR Murugadoss’ Sikandar, co-starring Rashmika Mandanna. Up next, he is set to portray an Indian Army soldier in Apoorva Lakhia’s Battle of Galwan, a film inspired by the 2020 Galwan Valley clashes between India and China.

At present, Salman is hosting Bigg Boss 19. This season, titled Gharwalon Ki Sarkaar, introduces a unique political twist, highlighting contestants’ power struggles and shifting alliances. The reality show streams on JioHotstar at 9 pm and is telecast on COLORS TV at 10:30 pm.

While discussing the show, he mentioned in a statement: “I have been a part of Bigg Boss for a very long time now and as we all know, Bigg Boss reinvents the game every year, aur iss baar, it is gharwalo ki sarkar. And when too many people start pulling the strings, it’s bound to get messy. That’s when the cracks show, and the house turns into a warzone.
