On Thursday morning, actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu posted pictures of herself on Instagram. She didn’t reveal where she was, but she did share pictures of herself working out, the beautiful nature around her, her metabolic age, and how much she weighed.

“Forever seeking the morning sun. The best kind of mornings,” Samantha wrote along with a set of pictures set to “Ready for It”. In the first shot, she’s working out outside, with the sea and trees in the background. She also sent a picture of a beautiful pool in the middle of lots of trees, flowers, birds, and other things.

The actor recently talked about how hard it was on her podcast Take 20 that she remembered exactly the year before she had this problem that it was a very hard year for her. This happened in June of the previous year, and I told him, “Finally, I feel calm.”

She said, “I haven’t felt a little calm and relaxed in a very, very long time. Okay, I finally feel like I can breathe and go to sleep. When I wake up, I can concentrate on my work and do my best at it. And I woke up with this condition (myositis).”
