Sanjay Dutt, born to Nargis and Sunil Dutt, is an Indian actor known best for his performance in ‘Munna Bhai M.B.B.S’. A portrayal of his life story is a film, ‘Sanju’ which stars Ranbir Kapoor as Sanjay Dutt. Sanjay has seen many ups and downs throughout his lifetime. From being framed as a terrorist to living in the prison, Dutt truly had a life full of tragedies.
When he must’ve thought that his life has gone down a peaceful road another road bump awaited him.
The diagnosis and treatment journey
In the pandemic of 2020, a diagnosis came out, according to which Dutt is a patient of lung cancer And he went through treatment in Mumbai. In Dutt’s words, it was a ‘Tough Phase’ for him as well as his family. Fortunately, by God’s grace, well wishes, and family’s support, he won his battle against cancer within months. He said his ‘willpower and faith’ helped him fight and come out victorious.
Sanjay decided to reveal this great news to fans on the birthday of his twins. He thanked the doctors along with the medical staff for taking such good care of him. He especially thanked Dr.Sewanti and her team at Kokilaben Hospital. Now he’s Cancer-free and doing just fine!
In terms of work, Sanjay has some great projects lined up. This includes ‘Shamshera’ where he’ll see with Ranbir Kapoor. Next, is ‘Prithviraj’ co-starring Akshay Kumar. His big project includes KGF which will release very soon.
