But Karan Johar, the show’s host, was heard asking Sara about her relationship with Kartik Aaryan without waiting for an opportunity. However, Sara did not stop herself from providing honest responses to Karan’s questions. She disclosed the fallout from their breakup in addition to confirming that she and Kartik were together.

Karan asked Sara how easy it was to be friends with Kartik after their alleged breakup during the course of the conversation. Sara replied, making it apparent that maintaining a friendship with her ex-boyfriend wasn’t simple for her. Additionally, Sara discussed how the breakup did have an impact on her because she becomes emotionally invested in every relationship. What she revealed:

“I don’t want to say that ya, it’s all easy because then it comes across as a little more frivolous than it is. It isn’t always easy. When you are involved with anybody, whether it’s friends, professionally, romantically, especially if I am, I get involved and invested. It is not like, ‘Oh yeah, it doesn’t really matter, whatever it’s today, whatever it’s tomorrow’. It’s not like that. It does affect you. But ultimately you have to rise beyond that.”

Sara went on to say that she was now mature enough to accept things as they come. She also responded with maturity, saying that nothing in Bollywood is permanent and that she would never do the same thing again. Sara continued, saying:

“Something I have realised, without sounding semi-negative, is that there are no permanent predicaments in this business. In my personal experience, there is no point in making permanent best friendships, making pinky promises, or saying I’ll never talk to you again. All these never and always nahi hota (doesn’t happen)”.

Sara and Kartik were first seen together after their alleged breakup in 2022. But when they showed up at an event, they were spotted posing for pictures with each other. Sara looked amazing in the photos wearing a black gown with a thigh-high slit. However, Kartik looked sharp in a black suit and tie.
