The Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives (FLBW) star Seema Sajdeh has been grabbing headlines every day. The reason is her getting candid about divorce from actor-director Sohail Khan and talking openly about life post her separation. In an episode of FLBW, the fashion designer was heard talking about how difference of thoughts between her and Sohail led to them going separate paths, and that she now wants to live an independent life away from the ‘Khan’ surname.

While the show is getting positive response from majority of the viewers, there is a certain section of audience that is targeting the women on the show. When some netizens took notice of Seema’s presence on FLBW, they started questioning about her existence on it and started trolling her for being part of the show even though she is not a legitimate ‘Bollywood wife’ anymore.

Recently, Seema along with her co-stars and other Bollywood wives- Maheep Kapoor, Bhavana Pandey and Neelam Kothari got into a conversation with a leading daily. During their interaction, they were asked to take up some mean social media comments about them and to school the trolls. On her turn, Seema read one comment about herself that read ‘why are you still a part of the series while you are no longer a Bollywood wife.’ Reacting to it, she stated, “I didn’t know women were defined by their husbands and their last name. Is that their only identity?”

Neelam and Bhavana, who were listening to this then went on to ask the audience to ‘not take the show very seriously’.

Let us tell you that Sohail Khan and Seema Sajdeh headed for a split after 24 years of marriage. The two fell in love with each other on the sets of Pyaar Kiya To Darna Kya. They eloped to tie the knot in 1988. Sohail and Seema have two sons together- Nirvaan and Yohan.
