The trailer of the upcoming quirky horror comedy Phone Bhoot starring Katrina Kaif, Ishaan Khatter and Siddhanth Chaturvedi is out and everyone is loving it. The first glimpse of the movie is getting appreciation from every corner of the country.

During the trailer launch, Kaif and her team got candid and disclosed some fun behind-the-scenes gossip about each other. While interacting with the media, Khatter addresses Katrina as ‘Ma’am’. This brought a humorous reaction from Kaif on the tables and led to a revelation that Ishaan was a background dancer to Katrina in one of her past events.

It so happened that while explaining Katrina’s character in Phone Bhoot, Ishaan said, “You have not seen Katrina Ma’am playing a role quite like this before.” As soon as he calls the Ek Tha Tiger actress ‘Ma’am’, she interrupted. Ishaan immediately apologized and said, “Sorry, Sorry, Katty K.” Katrina then went on to reveal, “Aapke Saamne Katrina Ma’am, set par he is like, ‘Hey! Kat, How are you, Kat?’.

Ishaan, who was smiling at Katrina’s words gave away the reason behind him addressing Katrina as ‘Ma’am’. He stated he was a background dancer before the Bollywood diva at a hockey show. “So, thoda hai woh,” he quoted.

Besides this, the cast of Phone Bhoot talked about various aspects of the film. Ishaan shared how he has grown up watching buddy films and now when he is doing one, it feels amazing. “The exciting thing is Siddhant and I was able to do a buddy film. We have grown up watching films like ‘Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro’, and ‘Andaz Apna Apna’ and is a buddy film inside horror comedies. I was excited to explore this genre,” he added.

Phone Bhoot has Katrina Kaif playing a ghost while Ishaan and Siddhanth play ghostbusters. It is helmed by Mirzapur fame Gurmeet Singh and produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani’s Excel Entertainment. The film is set to hit the theatres on November 4, 2022.
