Bollywood actor, Arjun Kapoor is known for his witty nature and amazing sense of humour. He is someone who doesn’t shy away from speaking his heart out. Many a time, he has come up with the best replies to reporters who ask illogical questions. Recently, a similar incident happened when Kapoor reached the launch of Nishedh 2, a 10-episode series which focuses on topics such as abortion, tuberculosis, Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD), etc.

During the event in Mumbai, a journalist questioned Arjun why he thinks that before a wedding there should be multiple partners or open sex because India’s identity is one man and one woman and the country has a strong culture which teaches that one should not indulge in sex before marriage.

When Arjun asked who gave India such an identity, the reporter replied, “Shah Rukh Khan”. Arjun laughed and said, “Shah Rukh Khan is not the identity of India.” He went on to give a perfect reply to this inappropriate question. He stated that a person meets a lot of people and thus, explores a lot of relationships. There are processes to reach the stage of tying the knot. Before that, you are curious and want to discover life, aap uss pehle insaan se milke ye nahi decide kar sakte ke issi se shaadi hogi. How will you know if they are right or not? If you’re compatible or not?”, stated the Gunday actor.

“Many times you think it is true love but later you realize you want to focus on your career or you cannot live up to this relationship because there are a few things that are not working out. That’s allowed, why is that not allowed? When you ask questions such as ‘multiple partners’, this is not a video game. So change your question, the answer is logical,” he added,

For the unversed, Arjun has been roped in as a cause brand ambassador to promote and support the series Nishedh 2 which is a sequel to the 13-episodic show Nishedh that aired in 2020. On the work front, Arjun Kapoor will be next seen in a dark comedy Kuttey and a thriller titled The Ladykiller.
