After seeing their incredible work in Jaane Jaan, Shah Rukh Khan, star of the critically acclaimed and commercially successful film Jawan, personally called Bollywood’s finest talents Vijay Varma and Jaideep Ahlawat. Kareena Kapoor Khan is the film’s female protagonist. In one of his interviews, Vijay Varma admitted that he was a huge fan of Jawan and was in awe of the superstar. He also mentioned the surprising truth that even Shah Rukh Khan enjoyed their most recent film, Jaane Jaan.

According to him, the famous person called him and Jaideep. Vijay was overjoyed when he learned that Shah Rukh, whose favourite film was Jaane Jaan, had personally contacted him and his friend Jaideep.

Jaideep Ahlawat, who was in the group with Vijay, related that the latter had threatened Shah Rukh Khan with blame in the event that the latter suffered a heart attack. According to Jaideep, Shah Rukh Khan called him and inquired whether he was busy, before warning him not to cause himself a heart attack by constantly calling him. Jaideep and Vijay are huge Shah Rukh Khan fans, so their extreme response is to be expected.

Vijay Varma went on and gushed over the celebrity, describing how he and his friends spent their childhoods watching Shah Rukh Khan flicks. “It’s like we’re living in Shah Rukh’s shadow; we’re in his era right now.” He elaborated, saying that even a brief encounter with Shah Rukh, even if it consists of nothing more than a handshake, is immensely meaningful and also a matter of immense pleasure. As Vijay put it, “he’s one of those people; he touches your heart.”
