Bollywood couple Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput make for one of the most adorable duos in the film industry. They are often winning over the internet with their wonderful bonding and showering love on each other on social media. After marrying Mira Rajput, Shahid’s life filled with colors and he is happier than ever. The actor recently talked about his life before marriage. He told that Mira was surprised to see the condition of his house when she came over his place for the first time.

Shahid on life before marriage

During a media interaction, Shahid revealed that he had only two spoons and a plate in his house before marrying Mira. He was living with minimal things. When Mira came in his house, she was also shocked to see this.

When Shahid was asked who between him and Mira decides the interior of his house, he replied, “Both”. The actor then elaborated and said, “When we got married, we shifted to the new house only then. Mira came to the house, she had many complaints about it. She said ‘You only have two spoons and a plate in this house. How do you live here?’ To this, Shahid told Mira that he lives alone and asked her how she wants to see him live.

When Mira further enquired that they do not even have a set and if guests come, how will they serve people, Shahid said that they will order it from outside.

Shahid’s personal and professional life

For the unversed, Shaid Kapoor tied the knot with Mira Rajput in 2015. The pair has two children together- Misha and Zian. They live in a luxurious house and have built their dream house the way they wanted.

Workwise, Shahid is coming up next with crime thriller ‘Bloody Daddy’. The film also stars Ronit Roy, Sanjay Kapoor, Rajeev Khandelwal and Diana Penty.
