In a recent statement quoted by news agency ANI, Shahid Kapoor shared his thoughts on the potential takeover of human emotions by AI in the near future. Speaking at an event in Jaipur, he explained, “That’s actually what the film’s about, asking you to take a short leap of faith and look at the possibilities that exist. Before the Wright Brothers, nobody believed humans could fly, and then they did something that changed everything, right?”
Highlighting the significance of AI, he continued, “I think we are on the threshold of a time where AI is going to be very fundamental in defining our future. We wanted to make a fun, light, and entertaining film that also addresses relevant themes. While the scenes are funny and quirky, we are talking about things that are not so far away from us.”
