Shahrukh Khan is the king of romance but if you do look at it carefully, you will realize that all his characters, be it Rahul in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai or Raj in DDLJ were not that great or sensitive to girls. Had these characters been present in today’s society, they would’ve been slammed and thrashed.
In fact, even Shahrukh Khan believes that his characters are not something to go by or be inspired of. Over the years, the Bollywood Badshah has charmed his fans with his characters Raj and Rahul from films and is known to be the King of Romance due to that. But considering the roles he has played in his hit films, Shah Rukh Khan does not want Suhana Khan to find someone like the role he played in the movies.
As we celebrated Daughters day yesterday, Shah Rukh Khan revealed how he asked his daughter to kick a guy if he behaves like ‘Raj’or ‘Rahul.’ Explaining in brief about what is the essence of romance; SRK said it is to make somebody feel it at a particular moment in time. Adding further, he spoke about how he is not personally like the characters he played in his films. Khan disclosed that if he stood with my arms open and sang a song in front of his wife Gauri Khan, she would probably throw him out of the house.

Disclosing details on what he advised Suhana Khan, the actor said he told Suhana that if a guy meets her and says, “Rahul, naam toh suna hoga”, he’s a stalker. While if the boy looks at you across a room at a party and says, ‘Aur paas, aur paas’, SRK mentioned he advised his daughter to go and kick him in the shins. Speaking of his role in the film, King Khan said that how he is able to activate an element of innocence and make it attractive, the character gets reinvented by itself.
