Shekhar Suman Shares He Couldn’t Tell His Wife About Heeramandi Intimate Scene: ‘Batane Layak Nahi’

Shekhar Suman is garnering attention for his role in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s web series ‘Heeramandi’. In this show, he portrays the character of a nawab. Alongside Shekhar Suman, Manisha Koirala and Sonakshi Sinha are also appearing in the series.

Recently, during an interview, Shekhar revealed some interesting insights related to certain scenes from the shooting of ‘Heeramandi’.

Shekhar Suman Couldn’t Tell His Wife About Heeramandi Bold Scene

After filming a ‘bold’ scene with Manisha Koirala in ‘Heeramandi,’ Shekhar Suman returned home and told his wife that he couldn’t reveal what he had done. When he came back from the shoot, his wife mentioned that he had done a scene but hadn’t told her about it.

Furthermore, speaking openly with Pinkvilla, Shekhar discussed how he shot his own ‘bold’ scene in the series and revealed what his wife said to him after he returned home.

Shekhar said, “When I returned home after shooting that scene, I couldn’t tell my wife at all what I had done. When I returned from the shoot, my wife said to me that you have done a scene and you are not telling me about it.”

Shekhar further said, “In response to my wife’s question, I told her that the scene is not something I can discuss with you or demonstrate by performing. Therefore, you should just watch it directly in the series.”

Following this, Shekhar Suman revealed that he had shot this scene in a single take, which has now become a topic of discussion.

It’s worth noting that Shekhar’s son, Adhyayan Suman, is also part of this series, playing the role of a nawab.

Before this, Shekhar Suman had mentioned that this scene was changed by Bhansali at the last moment.

The scene initially involved the Nawab getting intimate while drunk inside a carriage and then making out. However, this scene was ultimately altered. Shekhar stated that such a scene had never been shot before.
