Days after her marriage, Shibani Dandekar removed ‘Mrs. Akhtar’ from her Instagram memoir. She married Farhan Akhtar last month.

Shibani Dandekar has changed her Instagram memoir again after adding ‘Mrs. Akhtar’ a many days after their marriage. Shibani no longer has the two words on her Instagram memoir while she continues to have Farhan’s surname behind her name. She spells herself as Shibani Dandekar-Akhtar on the picture participating platform.

 

Shibani has also changed her display picture as well as her name on her Instagram account. She had earlier changed her name to Shibani Dandekar-Akhtar and her memoir to’ Patron, Presenter, Actress, Songster, and Mrs. Akhtar’.

On Thursday, Shibani gave a shoutout to mother-in-law Shabana Azmi who featured in the teaser for the forthcoming series Halo. Participating in the teaser on her Instagram Stories, Shibani wrote, “ This is inconceivable. Can not stay at @azmishabana8 in @halotheseries. March 24th super agitated super proud.”

 

Before, Shabana had welcomed Shibani into the family. The actor posted a family picture of all of them together and wrote, “ Happy family welcomes lovely Shibani into the family fold.” Farhan’s mama Honey Irani as well as his daughters Shakya and Akira were also in the frame. Farhan is lyrist Javed Akhtar’s son with his first woman Honey.

Farhan’s kinsman and filmmaker Farah Khan also hosted the newlyweds for lunch at her hearthstone. Farah’s mama Menaka Irani is the family of Farhan and family Zoya Akhtar’s mama Honey Irani.

Farah participated in a picture from the lunch on Instagram and wrote,” Stylish autumn in a veritably long time.”Shibani also participated in the picture and wrote,” Had the stylish time! So important love and madness in one room.thank you, Farah. Love you so much.” The print showed the room decorated with balloons with Farhan and Shibani’s initials on them.

Post the marriage, Farhan’s patron friend and business mate Ritesh Sidhwani hosted a star-speckled bash at his hearthstone for the newlyweds.
