If the reports are to be believed, ace cricketer, Shikhar Dhawan has filed a case against his ex-wife, Aesha Mukherji. Aesha tried to threaten and tarnish Shikhar’s career.
Shikhar’s wife shared some defamatory messages to his IPL franchise Delhi Capitals’ CEO, Dheeraj Malhotra. Shikhar Dhawan took a strict action and filed a complaint against her. The renowned cricketer believed that his ex-wife was threatening him about his career. Delhi’s Patiala House Court’s judge, Harsh Kumar gave his opinion in order to keep Aesha away from Dhawan.

Judge, Harish Kumar released a stringent order against Shikhar Dhawan’s ex-wife, Aesha Mukherji. The judge has asked Aesha to refrain herself from passing defamatory allegations against Shikhar. The judge believes that any individual’s reputation is dear to him or her and is considered as property of highest degree. Materialistic property can be regained after loss but reputation cannot be regained once ruined. If anyone has lawful grievance against someone, he or she cannot be restrained from speaking their issue to the concerned authority.

For the uninitiated, Aesha Mukherji was ten years older than Shikhar Dhawan The duo married each other on 30th October, 2012. From her marriage with Dhawan, Aisha had her first child, Zoravar Dhawan whom they welcomed on 26 December, 2014.
