Shilpa Shetty Remembers Sridevi On Her Death Anniversary!
In a shocking piece of news, Bollywood’s Miss Hawa Hawai, Sridevi, passed away on February 24, 2018, in Dubai, where she was attending her nephew Mohit Marwah’s wedding with her whole family. Shilpa Shetty, who had a close relationship with the late Padma Shri awardee, paid tribute to her on Instagram with a heartfelt message.
Sridevi’s death anniversary is today, and her memory is still vivid in the minds of her family and friends. #Sridevi has been trending on social media all day, and emotional comments for the late actress have been flooding in from all around the world. Actress Shilpa Shetty wrote “Forever in our hearts. Rest in peace”, sharing a picture with Sridevi on her Instagram story.
Janhvi took to Instagram to post a childhood photo with Sridevi. She captioned, “I’ve still lived more years with you in my life than without. But I hate that another year has been added to a life without you. I hope we make you proud mumma because that’s the only thing that keeps us going. Love you forever.”
Khushi Kapoor also posted a childhood photo of herself with Sridevi, sitting on her mother’s lap, with a white love emoji.
Sridevi was most recognized for her appearances in Hindi films such as Chandni, Lamhe, Mr. India, Chaalbaaz, Nagina, Sadma, and English Vinglish. Her outstanding performances in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada films earned her the Padma Shri honour. Her final film, Mom, earned her the Best Actress National Award, which she received posthumously.
In the meantime, Shilpa Shetty is a judge on the reality show India’s Got Talent. The actress will appear on The Kapil Sharma Show alongside Manoj Muntashir and Badshah, but without Kirron Kher, to promote the film.
