In a recent interview, she shared a shocking story about her birth that touched everyone’s hearts. Shilpa revealed that her birth was accompanied by a harrowing ordeal. Her mother faced so much struggles during pregnancy, and even she was asked to have an abortion. However, Shilpa’s mother bravely fought to bring her into the world.

Shilpa Shetty reveals her Born story

In the interview, Shilpa recounted the challenges her mother had to endure. She said that her mother’s pregnancy was extremely difficult, with constant complications that left her doctors worried. At one point, her mother was even blinded temporarily due to the pregnancy’s strain. Shilpa’s arrival into the world was particularly challenging, as she was born lifeless.

Despite the odds, Shilpa Shetty considers herself a survivor. She shared, “My mother told me that when she was pregnant with me, she feared losing me. Doctors had recommended an abortion due to the complexities of her pregnancy. I was born lifeless, and I can’t help but feel like a survivor. I believe I have a purpose on this Earth, beyond just being in films. Perhaps I’m meant to inspire those going through tough times.”

Shilpa frequently uses her social media to share inspirational messages, acknowledging the difficulties everyone faces in life. She believes that her journey is meant to be a source of motivation for others.

About Shilpa Shetty’s film Sukhee

On the professional front, Shilpa Shetty will soon grace the screen in Sukhee, directed by Sonal Joshi. The film, scheduled for release on September 22, also stars Kusha Kapila and Chaitanya Choudhary. Sukhee tells the story of a housewife who takes a break from her family responsibilities to revisit her past life. It emphasises that housewives have dreams and desires too, shedding light on their unspoken stories.
