Shweta Bachchan Reveals When Navya Naveli Created A Scene After Nani Jaya Bachchan Removed Her Lipstick!

Navya Naveli Nanda recently opened up about her childhood with her mother Shweta Bachchan and grandmother Jaya Bachchan on the podcast “What The Hell Navya”.When asked to describe Navya as a child, Shweta recalls how Navya could cry and get angry at small things. Navya once called herself ugly after Jaya Bachchan told her not to wear lipstick while in an interview with Simi Garewal.

In a recent episode of the podcast, Navya asks Shweta and Jaya, “How was I as a kid ?” To this, Shweta Bachchan called her a “big busybody” and a “giant liar.” “That was my biggest fight with you. Otherwise, you were fine. you Don’t make trouble but used to throw a lot of tantrums.“ She also said that Navya can cry about everything if (mom)Jaya Bachchan doesn’t agree right away but agrees later.

Shweta remembers that Navya once wanted to come in an episode of the famous Simi Garewal show Rendezvous with Simi Garewal But everything changes when Navya arrives with her grandfather Amitabh Bachchan, Mamu Abhishek Bachchan and Naani Jaya Bachchan on her way to the show and gets into the car.

Jaya Bachchan said, “She (Navya) put lipstick on and I told her not to. And took off the lipstick. My god, “Then you started saying that I am so ugly, and we had to stop the car,” said Shweta. “You always want to be the centre of attention.” Surprised by the revelation, Nevya shared her best memories of playing with Amitabh Bachchan in his office as a child, pretending to be his assistant.

Navya is the daughter of Shweta Bachchan and Nikhil Nanda. While her older sister Agastya Nanda is all set to take up an acting career with his debut film Archies, Navya has no plans to enter the entertainment industry. Meanwhile, in 2020, she co-founded an online women’s health portal called Aara Health. She is involved in various programs and campaigns and is looking to enter her father’s business.
