Sidharth Shukla Was Asked To Cut Down On His Exercise And Workout By Doctors

The news of Siddharth Shukla’s tragic and untimely demise has shocked the entire nation. The actor succumbed to a heart attack on Thursday, September 2. The 40-year-old actor had risen to fame with his stint on Bigg Boss 13. As per the reports, Shukla had taken some medicines before going to sleep at night and didn’t wake up in the morning. When taken to Cooper hospital he was declared dead by the doctors. Sidharth Shukla is survived by his mother and two elder sisters.

According to the latest reports, Sidharth Shukla’s doctors had asked him to go easy on his workouts and exercise regime. Even after the doctor’s advice, Sidharth used to work out 3 hours every day.

The actor was not feeling well on the day before his death. There was uneasiness and anxiety surrounding him. But still, he did not miss out on his jogging. Sidharth was quite religious about his exercise and meditation.

On Wednesday i.e. September 1, Sidharth returned from a meeting at 8 PM. Since he rarely missed out on his workout regime, he went jogging in his building compound at around 10 PM. Post reaching home, he had his food and went to sleep.

He had woken up at around 3 AM and complained of chest pain to his mother, Rita Shukla. She gave him a glass of water. After drinking water, the actor went into a deep sleep and did not wake up the next morning.

Siddharth forayed into the glamour industry as a model. He made his acting debut with the show Babul Ka Aangann Chootey Na. He went on to act in shows such as Jaane Pehchaane Se… Ye Ajnabbi, Love U Zindagi and Dil Se Dil Tak. His portrayal as Shiv in Balika Vadhu made him a household name. In 2014, Shukla made his Bollywood debut in a supporting role with Dharma Production’s Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania. In 2019, Siddharth participated and won Bigg Boss 13. He returned to Bigg Boss 14 as a ‘senior’, alongside Gauahar Khan and Hina Khan.
