TV actress Dipika Chikhlia Topiwala will reunite with Ramayana co-star Arun Govil after three decades in their new TV show. She shared pictures and video clips from the sets of the new show as well as confirmed the news. Their fans are eagerly waiting to see their Sita-Ram together on screen after a long time.

Dipika shared a behind-the-scenes video from the up-and-coming TV show. She captioned it, “On set …Bts.” The video began with a close-up of the name outside her vanity van – Sharda (Dipika Chikhlia). After that, she was seen sitting inside, with a paper in her hand. Dipika greeted the cameras before walking towards the set in a saree.

Next, we get a glimpse of her on-screen look from the show. She wore a purple sari, with a pallu on her head as she holds a puja urn. She turned away from the holy tulsi tree. For a few seconds, the video showed Arun and Dipika sitting together on the sofa engrossed in some serious conversation. She was on a swing. Meanwhile, Dipika used Rekha Bhardwaj’s Dedh Ishiya song Hamari Atariya Pe song for the background music in her video.

Fans are overjoyed to see their favourite on-screen duo once again. They commented, “Mere SiyaRam ek baar fir sath me,” “Very nice Ap dono ko saath dakh acha laga bas pata lag pata ki Arun Sir Ap Dipika Ma’am dono kis roop mein aur kaha dakh payenge…”

Let us tell you that Dipika and Arun played the main roles of Lord Rama and Goddess Sita in Ramanand Sagar’s Ramayana which aired on Doordarshan channel in the late 80s.
