Bollywood actress Sonali Bendre is known for her strong acting. This actress, who has dominated the Bollywood world for a long time, also went through a very bad phase for some time. In the year 2018, Sonali was diagnosed with high grade cancer. After getting information about this, treatment started and now she is also cured. Recently the actress visited the hospital where she was treated for cancer and recalled her old journey.

Sonali Bendre has shared a video on her Instagram, in which she visited the hospital. In the clip, there is a picture of her husband Goldie Behl and Sonali sitting in the hospital. Seeing the picture, the actress remembered the moment she used to sit in that chair during the chemotherapy session. Sharing the video, the actress has said a lot and has also shown a ray of hope to cancer patients.

Sonali Bendre wrote- ‘After four years…this chair…this view…this is the same place. From a great fear to a persistent hope, a lot has changed yet much remains the same. It was unrealistic to sit there and watch the patients go in… and I could see that I was going through a similar journey as them. Chemotherapy suite…same waiting room, just different faces. I thought I should tell those patients that there is still a ray of hope…Look at me, I have come out of that journey and reached here.’

The actress further wrote- ‘As you can guess it was an emotional day filled with bitter memories. But I got out, looked into my son’s eyes and thanked everything’.
