There is good news for those who love the question and answer show “Kaun Banega Crorepati” and above that, the good news is more good for those who is a cricket fan. I am saying this because soon you will be seeing Gods of cricket in “Kaun Banega Crorepati” yes I am talking about Sourav Ganguly and Virender Sehwag.

Sony Entertainment Television on Tuesday shared a new promo of Kaun Banega Crorepati 13 in which Sourav Ganguly and Virender Sehwag are seen playing the game with the host of the show Amitabh Bacchan.

The promo began with Mr. Bacchan asking Virender about his tendency to sing while on the field. Virender sang a line of Chala Jaata Hoon and made a gesture of hitting the ball with a bat. Amitabh then asked him what song would fit the situation if a catch was missed while fielding.

Virender teased Sourav about his highly-publicized rift with former Team India coach Greg Chappell. Virender said that if Greg was the coach, one song would have fit the situation. “Apni toh jaise taise kat jayegi”, Virender sang, before pointing at Sourav and continuing, “Aapka kya hoga janaab-e-ali?”

Amitabh then presented Virender with a scenario where his team won against Pakistan/Australia. Then Virender replied, “Shahenshah movie ka ek bada famous dialogue hai and to this Amitabh recited it as: “Rishte mein toh hum tumhare baap lagte hai…” They both laughed and said,  “Hum toh baap hai hi unke”.

Kaun Banega Crorepati 13, in which contestants answer a series of increasingly difficult questions to win the jackpot of ₹7 crores, premiered last week.  While the studio audience was done away with last year, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, they have made a comeback in KBC 13.
