Aryan Khan, the son of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, is all set to make his directorial debut with a series titled Stardom. The star kid recently opened up about his upcoming project and how it was to work with his father.

Aryan Khan revealed that directing his dad was a pleasure and a learning experience. He said that Shah Rukh Khan has a wealth of knowledge that makes his job easier.

“Some things that would take me some time to wrap my head around were seamless for him. Our brand is edgy, so he’s around to keep some semblance of sanity and respectability, otherwise, there could be too much madness,” he said.

He also added that he has a more contemporary way of thinking and Shah Rukh Khan brings a dose of maturity into it.

Stardom is a six-episode series that will be released on Netflix. It is produced by Red Chillies Entertainment, Shah Rukh Khan’s production house. Aryan Khan said that he is very excited about his debut and hopes to entertain the audience with his vision.

He also said that he is a fashion creative and entrepreneur for his clothing brand which features Shah Rukh Khan as the face of it. Aryan also talked about his experience of shooting the ads and overseeing the photoshoots for the brand. He said that he enjoys both directing and fashion as they are both creatively stimulating in different ways.

Aryan Khan said that he is not interested in acting as he does not have the skills or the passion for it. He said that he prefers to be behind the camera and create stories. Talking about inspirations, Aryan said that he is inspired by filmmakers like Christopher Nolan, Quentin Tarantino, and Martin Scorsese.

He also said that he wants to explore different genres and formats in his career. He is open to working with other actors and directors in the industry. He said that he is grateful for the opportunities and support that he has received from his family and fans.
