Step Inside Shah Rukh Khan’s Rs 200 Crores Mansion, ‘Mannat’!

In 1997, a lavish mansion owned by Bai Khorshed Bhanu Sanjana Trust caught Shah Rukh Khan’s attention while he shot for Yes Boss. The mansion was called Villa Vienna at the time when SRK set his eyes on it. In 2001, the actor contacted the owners and bought the mansion for approximately INR 15 Crores. The house was named Mannat in 2005 by Gauri and Shah Rukh.

The INR 200 crores property is located in Bandstand in Bandra West. Mannat has all the amenities one could think of. From a gymnasium to a swimming pool to a lavish study, the home after all belongs to the Badshah of Bollywood. Mannat is a 6-storey building with a boxing ring and a tennis court as well.

Mannat is decorated with artifacts and items curated by the Khan family personally. SRK’s home even has a reception desk one can reach out to by dialing 9. The house has a private bar, an entertainment room, multiple elevators, a studio and Gauri Khan’s office. Not surprising at all….after all it’s King Khan’s castle!

During the lockdown, SRK released a music video which was shot in his study. In an interview with David Letterman, we got a sneak peak inside King Khan’s lavish home. The home has a grand-sized terrace which gives the perfect sunset view in the evening. What’s all the more special about Mannat is that it has both religious sculptures and room for Muslim as well as Hindu cultures.
