The famous reality show Shark Tank India hooked the entire nation to their TV screens with its unique concept of various entrepreneurs pitching their creative business ideas before the judges aka sharks. Because of its popularity, the show returned with its second installment earlier this year. But seems like this time, it is more about drama than some logical content.
Tussles between Sharks
In the recently aired episode of Shark Tank India 2, viewers witnessed several bidding wars between the sharks. Anupam Mittal and Peyush Bansal were seen locking horns over a pitch by a visually challenged entrepreneur Vineet Saraiwala.
The founder of brand ‘Atypical Advantage’ put forward his idea in front of all the judges. His company helps people with disabilities to get jobs in reputed organizations. Soon after, Peyush said that he is interested in his brand but since it already has many investors, he wants to invest solo.
On the side, Anupam joined hands with Namita Thapar and Aman Gupta to give a joint offer to him. After listening to all the judges, Vineet suggested that all four sharks should come together. Peyush snapped out at this as he was not in favour of keeping multiple investors in ‘Atypical Advantage’. This pissed of Anupam. He slammed Peyush for trying to get the biggest by cutting others. A war of words soon broke out between Peyush and Anupam.
Next up, Anupam got into a heated argument with Namita. The latter shouted at Anupam and asked him to keep his ego in check.
Netizens react to tiffs between sharks
After seeing fights happening on a show which is not meant for all this, netizens expressed disappointment on Twitter. While some compared it to the controversial show Bigg Boss, other called it a smart move of the makers to increase the TRP of the show.
One user wrote, “Am I watching Big boss or Shark tank, please help #SharkTankIndiaSeason2 #SharkTankIndia #sharktankorbigboss.” Another stated, “#Sharktank turned into #Biggboss.
