Stree 2 Choreographer Jani Master Granted Interim Bail By Hyderabad Court In POCSO Case To Receive National Film Award

A surprising case came to the fore when the Hyderabad court granted interim bail to Jani Master, choreographer of the film ‘Stree 2’. The choreographer was arrested under the POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses) Act. In his bail application, Jani Master has cited the National Film Awards ceremony to be held in Delhi on Tuesday to be his reason for getting bail. Let us tell you that Jani Master has received the Best Choreographer Award for the Tamil film ‘Thiruchitrambalam’ at the 70th National Film Awards to be given for the year 2022.

Let us tell you that Jani Master has been a well-known name in dance direction in Indian cinema and his partner Satish Krishnan will also be given the National award. But, there have been controversies about his behavior before and now. You must be aware that Jani Master is also the choreographer of the song ‘Tu Aai Nahi’ from the film ‘Stree 2’, which has become the biggest hit Hindi film of this year. Last month, one of his assistants has filed a rape case against Jani Master.

It is being reported that Jani is accused of sexually abusing his assistant since she was a minor. After a named report was filed against Jani Master, Andhra Pradesh arrested him on 20 September, but Hyderabad’s Rangareddy court has granted him interim bail. In the bail application, Jani Master said that he has to go to Delhi to attend the National Film Awards ceremony on 8 October, so he should be granted bail.

The Hyderabad court has granted him interim bail from 6 October to 10 October to go to Delhi. And, it has been ordered that he will have to surrender to the court as soon as the bail period ends. Jani Master is likely to come out of jail on Sunday. Seeing the serious allegations against Jani Master who was arrested in Goa, it seemed difficult for him to come out of jail so soon, but the court has accepted his argument for the National Film Awards.
