Summer Skin Care Tips To Help You Face Sun Head-On!

Summer is here and so is the scorching heat of the sun. What comes along is a lot of dirt, pollutants and irritants that damage our skin. As the skin is the largest organ in the human body and a sensitive one, it is highly important to take care of it. With the heating ball right overhead, here is a summer skincare regime that can be followed to keep the skin supple and fresh.

Protect Skin From Sun

While there are sunscreens available in the markets with various SPF levels, a muslin cloth or a scarf can help you save from the sun too. If you are using sunscreen, make sure to use a good quality product and re-apply it after every few hours. As for the scarf, use a soft breathable material.

 

Stay Hydrated

While in summers our body reminds us on its own to drink water, it is advised to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water during the day. It will not only keep you hydrated but will also give freshness to the skin.

Wash And Moisturize

As you come back home, wash your face, hands, and feet with cold water. This will clear all the accumulated dirt and sweat, letting the skin breathe. Don’t forget to moisturize after it.

 

Eat Well-Balance Diet

It is important to feed your body a well-balanced diet. Your serving should include proteins, carbs, fats, vitamins, and minerals. When the body will be healthy from within, the skin will glow on its own.

So, pack your bag with sunscreen, a scarf, a water bottle and healthy eatables to enjoy your day with the Sun!!
