Sushmita Sen recalls being labelled as ‘difficult actress’ in the 90s
In a recent interview Pinkvilla, Sushmita Sen shed light on the ups and downs in her career back in the 90s. She disclosed that she was unanimously tagged as ‘difficult’ actress to work with back then because she used to ask a lot of questions about work. Sushmita said that women were not considered to interact and share queries with at that time. She stated, “Opinionated absolutely, I have faced. But agar aap har cheez ke baare mein agree nahi karte in the 90s, whatever it is. If you as an actress asked for ki role mein karna kya hai, you are difficult as an actor to deal with. Aap bahut jyada sawaal jawaab karte ho. Aurton ko nahi karna chahiye………Galatfehmi. Sawaal hai jaroor kijiye.”
Continuing the same, the former Miss Universe talked about remaining authentic and her true self in every single situation. She mentioned that she never faked her personality at any given point. However, the Aarya actress remarked that in a competitive field of movies, a real personality trait is not easily acceptable. She did face a tough time dealing with it.
On the work front, Sushmita Sen is gearing up for the release of Aarya Season 3 Antim Vaar. In the third chapter of the hit series, the actress will probably deal with the Russians who were after her life. Ila Arun and Indraneil Sengupta have joined the cast of the show.
