Bollywood beauty Sushmita Sen is mesmerising with her portrayal of transgender activist, Shreegauri Sawant in recently released web series ‘Taali’. She is receiving accolades from both critics and audience. Besides doing great roles in her career, the actress is an example of a strong personality in real life too. She made bold decisions all her life. Sushmita openly dated many men but married none. Apart from this, she adopted a child when she was just 24 years old. Later, she took on the responsibility of another kid in 2010 and since then, the doting mother is raising her two daughters- Renee and Alisah single-handedly.

In a candid interaction, the former beauty pageant winner revealed how her kids react whenever she tries to tell them about her wish to get married. She also talked about the importance of a father figure in her daughters’ life.

In a conversation with RJ Siddharth Kannan, Sushmita revealed that her daughters don’t miss having a father figure in their lives because they never had one. When asked how they react to her marriage ideas, the actress revealed that they usually protest against it as they don’t want a father. Furthermore, Sushmita mentioned that her daughters look upto her father whenever they need to have a father figure because he is everything to them.

For the unversed, the actress adopted her elder daughter, Renee in 2000 while she welcomed her second daughter, Alisah in 2010. The Beauty queen who was previously in relationship with model Rohman Shawl is currently enjoying singlehood.

Workwise, Sushmita Sen appeared last in Ravi Jadhav’s ‘Taali’. She is coming up next with season 3 of her hit series ‘Aarya’.
