Over the years since one of the greatest laugh coasters christened Hera Pheri released, Baburao has almost gotten a fan base built especially for himself, and that is Paresh Rawal for you.

He leaves no stone unturned to prove his might in the silver screen, and have the word, you shall never be disappointed every time he takes up the space. Today marks the birthday of the versatile actor who is also the most sought-after face known for pulling crowds just through the magnetic aura he leaves behind.

However, it may come as a great surprise when you get to know that Paresh wasn’t originally into acting. He is an engineering graduate and had always dreamed of becoming a noted civil engineer one day. But fate had other plans for him, and his interest in theatre pulled him into the silver line, not just letting him stop by with comical roles to fill our melancholies with light, but also thought-provoking episodes in sync.

His prime steps started with the Gujarati film Naseeb Ni Balihari following which he got Holi. Destiny never looked back once, and he started moving forth, mostly bagging opportunes as a villain. But he got bored of his style not so long, and decided to bring his comic style alive and well.

He does not just stop with being an actor. He also tried his hands at politics, and is a former BJP MP from Ahmedabad. 

Hera Pheri gave him the limelight he needed to see, piling him in people’s hearts as Baburao with his lines getting popular as years passed. Bhool Bhulaiyaa, the heart winning Soorarai Potru, Sanju, Andaaz Apna Apna, Made in China are just snippets of his glory riding high.
